<div id="shipping-policies"><p><b>Return Policy</b></p><p>To get a return started, follow these steps:</p> <ul> <li>Email Hello@soothi.com with the following:</li> <li>Order Number</li> <li>Product you want to return or exchange</li> <li>Reason for Return or Exchange</li> <li>Soothi will email you a return label (at no cost to you)</li> <li>Print the return label and attach it to the return package </li> <li>Drop-off the package at you local USPS store or leave it in your mailbox</li> <li>Once the item has been received, they will issue a refund</li> </ul> <p> PLEASE NOTE: They are not responsible for lost and/or damaged return shipments. <br />SHIP RETURNS TO: Soothi | 2744 E. 11 Street, Unit D4, Oakland, CA 94601</p> <p>Soothi will gladly accept unopened, unused merchandise for return or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, they’ll issue you a refund or exchange in the amount of your original purchase price. Once your return is processed, you will be credited the price of the products less original shipping and handling costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return was a result of Soothi's error.</p><p>Personalized, customized, sale, discontinued, sample or promotional merchandise is non-returnable. Refunds will always be issued to the same account to which they were charged and will be processed within 30 days of receipt of your return. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.</p></div>
