Their infusers come with a 30-day money back guarantee for orders purchased on New Lane Road Mercantile.</p><p>Mosi accepts returns for purchases made at www.newlaneroad.com for a refund within 30 calendar days of receipt of your infuser. <br />Shipping costs paid for upgraded shipping are non-refundable.<br />Returns originating from the lower-48 United States will be at no charge. <br />Returns originating from Hawaii, Alaska, or the outlying US regions and territories as well as international, will incur shipping fees in order to cover the additional costs associated with shipping to and from these locations. VAT taxes for EU orders may also be incurred.
