If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, they cannot offer you a refund or exchange. </p><p>To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. </p><p>If you've opened the tea you got from them and noticed any issues, don't worry! They're more than happy to give you store credit.</p><p>To help them understand the problem better, please email some photos of the defects, along with your order number.
